By results of the international exhibition the company  " STROINKOM Ltd." was the leader of sales of the Bulgarian real estate. 23 contracts on purchase of the real estate have been concluded and the minimal deposit has been received for 17 objects as well.

On the exhibition the company has presented new investment projects on a resort complex "Chayka" and a resort complex "Kamchiya".

The special attention and the big interest has been shown by visitors of the exhibition to the new documentary film created by the Bulgarian cinematographers about Bulgaria and Varna, about " Golden sands ", about Pamporovo and about " Sunny beach", About objects of the real estate in Bulgaria and about our company " STROINKOM Ltd".

The film was created under the order of our company and was shown on the Moscow TV on May 3rd, 2006.
